I talk about it here cause it’s novel, but I’m finding that bisexuality doesn’t feel as weighty a part of my selfhood as it’s supposed to, and I wonder how much that’s a generation gap (I honestly identify with late X, the Identities! stuff isn’t my bag [on the other hand I’m effectively a born-in-the-80s queer to which the AIDS era and period homophobia were like, thirdhand at closest, that’s unique]) and how much is developing it after adolescence when I’m not terminally horny and mentally relating my sexuality to everything all the time.
