I have seen "Don't apologize; double down" given as advice between youtubers as the best way to handle being cancelled on grounds that has the best chance working on your favour. Moreover, cancellation isn't assumed to be a punishment for indegression but just something that happens to people sometimes. This seems like evidence that woke-dom is losing power or at least losing legitimacy.
