it was definitely TBS; TNT may have also done that since they are both Ted Turner joints
was kind of fucked up when Ted Turner (the man behind colorization) builds his own national networks of channels in the 20s and 50s it’s ho-hum but when Fox and then WB/UPN do it in single digits it’s revolutionary
