now like “normal” like you’re supposed to have, on the outer edges of your feet and generating a lot of force at the end of your stride by pushing off from the ground at the ankle
then like flatfooted when I walked with no arches with my toes pigeoned out a bit, rolling from my outside heel to my big toe and generating motive force by planting my foot and “pulling” with the calf
