Uh maybe I trespassed on terminology more serious people use for something else there but I’m thinking about the thing where your homeostasis is more worried about it being too low (so you can’t move) but will still eventually react to it being too high (so you use up more calories than you need) and counterbalance, so you start with a week of 15mg/day to get your levels up, do 2 weeks of 5mg/day to maintain and then take a week off to let everything reset
