I’m entirely open to the possibility that modern pharmaceuticals are actually extremely dangerous and we’ve all been taken for a ride, but this idea is super untrustworthy when it comes from people trying to sell you supplements (or adjacent to those people), which are even more untested and unregulated than pharmaceuticals, with even less well-understood effects.
