Can anyone clarify for me what Nanko-Ume is? Like, the original Takada-ume tree, is that like a Prunus mumus variety now?

That’s one of the trees I have to pick out, also a Kanzan sakura, and have to figure the right Acer palmatum

And a Prunus rootstock for the tree-of-many-fruits, but fuck, I gotta line up the grafts for that too, maybe leave that another year
