One thing re: gasoline hoarding/panic buying is, gasoline basically goes bad, if you’re the type of person who keeps a personal capability you can’t just stock up in the good times and hold on to your own supply, you’ll always be stocking it up when it becomes clear normal market supply might be interrupted
