Like, it feels like I&rsquo;m aiming past the target but if it&rsquo;s in focus as the object of my attention in the center of my vision who&rsquo;s to say I&rsquo;m not looking <b>at</b> it?</p><p>Except it adds a weird tilt-shift <i>feel</i> to my peripheral vision, and to do it with text I&rsquo;m understanding the text <i>plane</i> as being some distance in front of the background </p><p>But also when I&rsquo;m driving I have the option to do what feels like not focusing my eyes at all and seeing a horizontal oval area fine in front of me but badly reading relative speed of objects at the edge of it?</p><p>I dunno, honestly feels like a software patch. This whole past two years, since the Heimlich thing, has felt like more than leveling up, like that part in the original Final Fantasy where your characters switch to their adult forms.</p>"}
