Admittedly, I’m a fan of “Stop burning down America” day, but literally calling it Loyalty Day is a bit on the nose, don’t you think?

Note also that we celebrate May 1 as Loyalty Day for the same reason we have Labor Day in September and played up the volksy “dancing around the Maypole” angle in the 20th century, to distance from May Day as labor-leftist holiday
