There are ways it’s rigged like a shark, gotta keep moving forward, and it’s just recently hitting the limits of what it can do by developing its core, which was really radically underdone for a while. So it’s pressed to look outwards but the internal development was done in an environment of strong control that no actor was fully external to so its a question how well they’ll be able to adapt
