I would JUST like to say that Tolkien did not put weed in his books. Its actually tobacco that he renamed because he HATED that word, and most \u201cnew\u201d words. So he just renamed it. Tolkien loved old words and old languages, and HATED new words (for some reason). And to him, tobacco was new. A lot of people think tolkien was Down To Get High but REALLY he was not.
