Below a minimum distance, I cannot resolve the vision of both eyes into a single image, appearing instead as two overlapping images offset at ≈ 5 degrees. When young, this minimum distance was shorter than my nose, two years ago it was greater than the distance at which I read books, currently it is further than the width of my living room.
Carpal tunnel/nerve issues - occasional tingling in the hand, arms, and even pectorals; fingers sometimes numb to point of very tips being completely insensate; grip strength limited
Ankles continue to weaken, uncertain lateral stability may contribute to developing hitch in gait
No longer taking stairs 2 at a time; even appreciating ability to offload some motive or stabilizing force onto arms with handrails.
