You have to replace that with brushing or combing with an organic tool (boar bristle, hair, bone or horn or shell or wood combs – it has to be made of cells with channels between them, not metal or plastic) but even then you can ramp it down - I give my hair like 50 brushes every 2 months, and if I ever give it 100 it looks amazing
