This came out of when Bird was our weirdo arts dorm’s artist-in-residence, I can tell it’s inspired by a thing we did called “Nintendo Church” where we’d bring an NES down to the main TV room on Sunday

The other weird resonance, I thought he had unconsummated muse things with two freshman girls, both of which I think went into comics and one of which is now Neil Cicierega’s wife
