Confession: I grew up with Shrek, but was never into horror, so I never realized that Shrek’s voice actor and the slasher from Halloween had the same name. I was under the impression that the voice actor Mike Myers was some kind of creep and had maybe killed people or something until well after I started grad school
“I grew up with Shrek” is a horrifying sentence for at least two different reasons but yeah I haven’t seen the horror movies either and I confess I’m still a little confused about the whole Mike Myers thing.
