Like, cocaine is a stimulant, it does Things to your brain. Otherwise nobody would take it. So, is it Actually True that people on cocaine are as susceptible to being stopped by a bullet, as those off it? Is there, like, Actual Evidence one way or another, as opposed to virtue signalling by sneering at the stupid racists?
