Like I thought it would be after a month of exercises I would notice symptoms declining rather than progressing but no, one 2-minute session reduced numbness by like 30%, 50% with the rest of the day’s sessions
After a week grip strength while using forearm muscles is back (for turning doorknobs, etc., I think maybe a helper muscle that locks the wrist to transmit force from the arm to fingers was numbed?)
