UPDATE: after unsettled sleep, woke up exhausted, with a headache. From the light thought it was maybe 5. It was 1130. My mouth tastes like ash and I am constantly thirsty. Visibility is down from 2-3 blocks to 1-2, and going outside hurts my eyes.
