So it can take a hit without the entire building collapsing. </p></blockquote>\n<p>Well really cause they realized they needed it in WWII and the &ldquo;only 4 stories, stone and not steel reinforced&rdquo; war shortage design limitations created a solid fortress by accident</p>"}
