Like, “little people” was kind of a 90s PC euphemism in the first place but it was also an umbrella like “ah, midgets and dwarfism are different things, you can tell by proportions”, but I can’t recall the last time they had enough mindshare to keep examples of each in mind

Did anyone else see The Station Agent (2003), Peter Dinklage’s breakout performance where a critical scene involves another character referring to “you people” and the protag realizing he means “railheads” and not “little people”
