I’m not saying “this will happen and succeed everywhere in the area leave now”, I’m saying “it is likely enough that someone in that area will attempt this that everyone affected should take the possibility seriously”

Like, I know people are always “it can’t happen here!” until it does, I’m insisting not that it will but it could and people should keep that in mind.
