The shower walls are lined with it, except for a strip of decorative tile of a completely different thickness, and the corners where two glass triangles were grouted? to the wall to act as shelves.</p><p>(They&rsquo;re poorly situated and when I slipped and grabbed one to steady myself it shattered in my hand, I bashed the rest of it out.)</p><p>The wall is at least the traditional place for subway tile, though they use a wide white grout that&rsquo;s contrary to every other use I&rsquo;ve seen; they also use it diagonally on the floor, where it is starting to crack and dislodge because those large, thin rectangles are not designed for weight-bearing use</p>"}
