My daily Motivation:\u00a0\u201cnever work,\u201d which is a Proverb. \u00a0It\u2019s like doing anything else, but without\u00a0\u201cwork is bad,\u201d and with\u00a0\u201cwork is bad\u201d replaced by\u00a0\u201cwhatever I\u2019ve been doing.\u201d \u00a0I will not work for money, because money is worthless, because it\u2019s\u2019s all a lie, because it\u2019s all unimportant. \u00a0I will not work for status, or for reputation, or for autonomy, or for recognition, or for fulfilment, or for duty, or for friendship, or for #grandeur, or for prudence, or for decency, or for novelty, or for information. \u00a0I will not work to obtain money for the sake of money. \u00a0I will not work because I want to have enough money to buy a plane ticket to Mars.

Every time I look at my phone I see a new errand and another new supply of unusable buzzwords to impress on the world. \u00a0I will not, under any circumstances, do that.

\n

I\u2019ll always be productivity junkie. \u00a0I\u2019ll remain such. \u00a0I\u2019ll work, and I will work, but only to the extent I can, and with the minimum amount of effort possible. \u00a0I don\u2019t care how hard I have to work, how much time I have, how little time anyone cares, how little time me\u00a0I even has.

I may be wasting my time, or not wasting it, or not working at all, but that\u2019s the least of my worries. \u00a0I\u2019m going to work anyway. \u00a0That\u2019s what I do. \u00a0I\u2019m going\u00a0to work.
