I’m sure the same thing as if a homeowner dies with no heirs who want to live in that state - they have someone rent it out or sell it.

I wonder how that affects the market, though.

What I’m saying is, there’s gonna be poor, out-of-work, renter millenials whose boomer parents die of this virus and, in a generally awful economy, inherit these specifically suddenly-oversupplied, demand-shocked white elephant houses in like, The Villages they can’t even live in, huh?
