This is so torn in time:

• the bogeymen – evolution, drugs, and free birth control in schools – are straight out of 80s-mid-90s evangelical cultural conservatism
• the art style is solidly mid-90s comics (dig the dude with Guy Gardner hair in the back, and Miss Gen13 Face on the right)
• the use of a trench coat to signal menace puts it after the Columbine attacks of 1999
• the left guy’s eyebrow ring is passably late 90s but the neck tattoo is moving into early ‘00s
• meanwhile the weapons imagery (revolvers? wood-stock hunting rifles?? Bowie knives???) is '80s at the latest.
