here are people, thousands of years ago, their hands stretched out in greeting. here are people who painted the world around them and saw fit to put themselves in there too. here are people who only said, \u201ci was here. i was a person. i existed. don\u2019t forget me.\u201d here is a person reaching thousands of years into the future, saying \u201cim alive. im alive\u201d. and there\u2019s nothing more human than that.
