so to anyone wondering, there actually IS an “undo” command on iPhone, and that is to shake the phone. It trips an accelerometer sensor and offers you an “Undo” option

doesn’t actually help with tags, if you’ve completed it with the blue oval “Undo” just deletes the whole tag, but still, I’ve run across a lot of people who didn’t even know that was a thing
