Only contact I had with the world were radio stations that filtered in and out and occasionally newspapers where we stopped to eat. Both were more pointedly Christian than I expected.</p>\n<p>Anyway occasionally I would come into contact with national news and after a week it was hilarious how goofy it sounded, being all SRS BZNES about something that described fresh was obviously silly.</p>\n<p>I realized that if I didn&rsquo;t pay attention to politics I had just as much influence on it as before and it bugged me much less.</p>"}
