I remember I was in a parking lot like a year or two back, and some guy had a bumper sticker that just cited a bible passage, like “Psalms 9:16-29*” or something, and we were like “what?” and looked it up and read it aloud off an iPhone, and were still like “what?”, because it wasn’t really a snappy quote and we were kind of baffled what he meant by it.

And so we went on wondering and mocking and wondering, and then eventually I realized:

“Well, dude just slapped a bumper sticker on his truck and we atheists just spent 5 minutes reading and discussing the bible. I think the dude wins.”

And the dude won.

*no, it wasn’t actually Psalms 9:16-29. I think it was Psalms, though.
