Sure, the 2000s gave us Tumblr, and thus Kim Jong-Il Looking At Things and thanks for that. They also gave us sneakerhead culture, a bunch of backpack yuppies trying to reclaim their overwritten ethnicity by breaking the glass floor keeping men out of the world of designer shoes.
