Not really, I don’t think there’s any loss – to repeat again, there’s no ideological or narrative content to this shift, I’m the same person I always was, I’m just not anxious or inhibited (or some other things)

And it’s not as disinhibited as I was that one time on Lexapro, a wild man, this is in range enough I can just stretch to it. It’s healthy! I suppose the intense vulnerability/aversion I used to feel might be adaptive under threat, that’s why I speculate a culture war connection.

But when I encounter a situation I can still be like “I used to feel X” and calmly evaluate off that; I feel myself losing a sense of the “old self” already tho, which is part of why I’m trying to record this in memory and writing rn
