no lie I just called USAA about some credit card thing and got bounced around until I escalated to an autist who solved it practically and immediately, and I wanted to praise him in the end-of-the-call survey I was promised but he couldn’t handle the social prompt of “I’m not hanging up, but this call is resolved” and kept pumping me for other things I needed help with
