Artificial legs are better than real legs in some ways, but are there any other body parts for which that is true? Have dentures supplanted real teeth yet? That seems like an obvious candidate, since you’d never have to worry about cavities and so on.
I have multiple tooth implants; they’re immune to cavities or discoloration or wearing down.
