Marianne Williamson’s new “department of children“ include bullet points for health care, education, and orphan care but no child benefit or day care. She says parents will be “involved“ in one bullet point but apart from that half-hearted inclusion that no mention of parents in the rest of the piece apart from recruiting foster parents.
I can only hope that Marianne has recognized the wisdom of my vision to stop the horrible collectivism of the nuclear family and raise all children in state-run facilities.
Like, when I’m pointing out that all of a sudden, theories of what “childhood” means and how it should be treated that we thought were abandoned in the 90s, and that were really a continuation of the spirit of the 60s, are suddenly coming back?
We are going to rebound harder off this moment than the ‘90s did off the ‘80s, probably closer to how the ‘60s did off the ‘50s
