A thing about recreational marijuana in Oregon is the regulations prescribe a variety of completely arbitrary constraints (you have to check their IDs twice, you have to put their processed cannabis in a special childproof bag, you have to give them a “warning do not allow access to children” flyer with each purchase)

And not just location-by-location but budtender-by-budtender it is a total crapshoot which one or two of these regulations actually get followed
