And so I started seeing like \u201cThe Japan-America Society of Oregon\u201d in Facebook ads telling me about some kind of monthly outing so I was like \u201cnot now but I\u2019ll click like to follow the group and see their other events\u201d
And now regularly on my feed are like, clips of an upcoming speaker on why America NEEDS an agriculture agreement with Japan
And I\u2019m like wait, am I getting cultivated as an apparatus of a foreign power on Facebook, is that how this works now? Because that\u2019s pretty close to how it traditionally works!
