Just checked my mail and I got 3 different pieces about real estate in this 5”x3.5” sub-postcard size I’d never seen before

I know they were about real estate cause they were so novel I checked them out immediately while I dropped everything else in my “incoming” pile, I assume that was the point

I can only assume this came from an influential trade journal or conference speech or realtyblogger recently
