although it’s really not clear how vendors are supposed to police livestreaming on their platforms, I mean if someone regularly streams content that infringes on the terms of service (whatever those may be) then sure, but if it’s a first offence that happens to be a terrorist attack, there isn’t really any way to handle that besides banning livestreaming entirely, or requiring a human editor to oversee all broadcasts, or inventing human-level AI to do likewise.
