\n\n\nI find it so grating when people who aren\u2019t from the south and/or black say \u201cy'all\u201d. You can always tell when it\u2019s an affectation and it sounds so ugly. Plus they mostly only use it when they\u2019re being Online and snotty. And you just know that most people who have the lack of personality necessary to appropriate it instead of using their own ideolect are the same people who were making fun of AAVE and southern dialects for cheap humor ten years ago.
