{"version": "1.0", "type": "rich", "title": "how do i get on your level, analysis/history-wise. is there a kontextmaschine reading list or", "author_name": "kontextmaschine", "author_url": "https://kontextmaschine.com", "provider_name": "kontextmaschine", "provider_url": "https://kontextmaschine.com", "url": "https://kontextmaschine.com/post/178689079463/", "html": "<div class=\"question\"><strong>Anonymous</strong> asked: how do i get on your level, analysis/history-wise. is there a kontextmaschine reading list or</div>\n<p>(afiak this is a different anon from any of the last 3 and came in first)</p><p>Grow up being told you\u2019ve statistically got some of the best reading/writing/pattern recognition of your generation, read or write for a combined average of like 8 hours a day for three decades with periodic guidance from talented mentors, forego a lot else in your life but somehow never really want for anything. </p><p>After about 10 years you start seeing the nonobvious connections between what you read and something else you remember, after about 20 years you start seeing what the 2-step connections <i>would have to be</i> between them if there were, so you can look into it.</p><p>I guess I can serve as some of the reading material and possibly the guidance, I\u2019ve made a list of (mostly American) history books that left an impression <a href=\"/post/120820890568/\" target=\"_blank\">here</a>.</p>"}
