It\u2019s like the people who don\u2019t understand the difference between a tax deduction and a tax credit and who babble incoherently about\u00a0\u201cwriteoffs\u201d \u2013 it indicates a fundamental lack of knowledge that makes what they have to say on the matter non-credible even if you can parse what they are trying to say.
