Did another one of those things where I slap together my grocery-day-eve kitchen detritus into a meal that’s gonna become regular rotation - turned some greying petit sirloin, a withering tomato, and a yellow onion half already starting to grow up and sprout Tower of Babel-style (plus some Costco saffron) and made some amazing Spanish rice w/Worcester-marinated steak strips
