Honestly I think the best way to save America is to break civil service protections and cripple the formal justice system so you bring back instrumental patronage coalitions and organized crime as an integrated part of the system.

We need local flexibility and I’m not sure we have the time to undo the 20th century homogenizing of the formal legal system
