though there\u2019s a chance one of them could critical hit at a point where the relevant forces were overwhelmed or locked in position against other threats
* actually, recently seeing presumed-obsolescing \u201csexual harassment\u201d doctrine revived and weaponized, I could see a push to put teeth in the ADA someday when the construction sector\u2019s flatlined, as a way to push schedules up and force 70-year buildings to be replaced at 50 years and so on
