There are further asset protections from debtors, access to Caribbean jurisdictions offering still further, and a professional services sector experienced in leveraging these advantages.

So, if you\u2019re a wealthy type expecting a judgement coming down that seriously threatens that wealth, it\u2019s typical to move your assets (and official residence) to Florida real estate.
