if you look through the results, there’s a second question they ask on
whether americans would “support or oppose the military stepping in to
take control of the federal government… if elected leaders of the
federal government began to violate the Constitution” and a plurality of
41% is in support, while only 29% oppose. so i guess we know exactly
what sort of window dressing you’d need to get america behind a military
coup.
