Guys at public festivals walking around directly in front of the cops just holding up big bags and asking if anyone wants some. And then there\u2019s shit like <a href=\"http://www.portlandmercury.com/portland/i-anonymous/Content?oid=16091874\" target=\"_blank\">this</a>, because of course there is.</p>"}
