Roughly after 1 p.m. on Saturday, at the peak of SantaCon debauchery, a 40-something white man in a Santa suit walked into a San Francisco bank and handed the teller a note demanding money. The teller handed him an undisclosed amount of cash, and then\u2014like in the St. Patrick\u2019s Day scene from \u201cThe Fugitive\u201d\u2014the man walked outside and disappeared into the crowd of Santas.
