As someone who had been getting used to how easy it was to repeatedly roll my (flat-footed) ankles over and over I am astounded how hard it is to roll them now, I’ll step down hard on the edge of a sidewalk with like 60% of the foot and 80% of my entire bodyweight unsupported and I’ll just hold it safe with lower leg muscles that maybe feel a little tweaked the next day
